D-609 Solenoid 24 VDC Tripping Device is designed as a fire-curtain/roll-down shutter release mechanism in fire protection systems. It operates as a solenoid actuator that instantaneously triggers (drops) a fire curtain or shutter when the fire-suppression or fire-alarm system is activated. It holding a fire curtain or smoke curtain in place, and releasing it during fire alarm for containment. It integrating with a CO2 fire-suppression system or fire-door assembly to automatically deploy barrier when required. It ensuring safe egress or compartmentalisation during a fire event by dropping the barrier quickly and reliably.
